24 fans will recognize Mary Lynn Rajskub, who will be playing the ex-girlfriend of Mitchell on the January 12 new episode of Modern Family.  That's right, "girlfriend".  Phil and Claire, meanwhile, question their own intelligence when they try to get Alex to relax concerning her schoolwork.  Below are four sneak peeks and a synopsis for the episode.
