Margaret is showing Mona her new Van Cleef diamond and sapphire earrings. They're very fancy, but Margaret hates them and has a tantrum about everything, threatening to call off the wedding. Mona rightly calls her a "little fool" and orders her to her room, saying if she's going to act like a child, she's going to treat her like one. At that, Margaret gets up and calls Roger and bitches more about Jane. Roger says to put Mona on the phone. The adults quickly straighten things out, with Mona playing the ultimate bad cop and saying the wedding is off; is that what Margaret really wants? Margaret folds, the wedding is on. Mona tells Roger he has to keep a leash on Jane, and he says he didn't even know they went to lunch. Both kids are misbehaving! Roger and Mona actually share a commiserating laugh before saying their goodbyes. "Jane, get in here now!" Roger bellows. She comes in and acts just like Margaret did, running off and locking herself in a bathroom. "You'd better not have locked that door!" he yells. You reap what you sow, Roger!
