Once Upon a Time Preview: What Happens When New Episodes Return in January?

The Once Upon a Time winter finale ended with Emma and Mary Margaret returning home to Storybrooke after defeating Cora and Hook.  The women happily reunited with Henry, David and the rest of their friends, but it turns out that Cora and the captain weren't completely defeated.  Using a bean he had stolen from the Giant, the pair was able to use a beanstalk to travel to Storybrooke.  As the finale ended, we spotted Hook's ship in the Storybrooke harbor, perfectly setting up the conflict for the remainder of the season (read our full recap).

When the show returns with all new episodes in January 2013, we'll see Cora and Hook come face-to-face with Mr. Gold and Regina in Storybrooke and it appears that Regina isn't prepared to let Henry go without a fight.  Her old feud with Emma returns as Regina unleashes her magic on Emma in order to keep her away from Henry.  Will Emma respond with magic of her own?
