An outsider literally crashed into town at the end of last week’s Once Upon a Time and now the townspeople are faced with some tough decisions. David and Leroy are concerned that the magic of Storybrooke might be exposed by this man’s arrival, while Mary Margaret is worried about what Cora might do to the stranger if she finds out about him. When Emma suggested that they just patch him up and send him on his way without any difficulty, Dr. Whale delivers the news that his patient has pretty serious internal injuries and will need surgery, leaving the others to decide whether they should take the steps to save this man’s life.
Meanwhile, Hook wakes up from his unfortunate experience of being hit by a car and gloats to Emma about how he has dealt his foe a pretty substantial blow. Emma isn’t convinced that Hook succeeded, but Mr. Gold is going to have a very difficult time trying to reconnect with Belle now that she has lost her memories.
Finally, it looks like Henry has forgiven Regina after the Archie mishap. Now that he’s aware that Regina didn’t actually kill Archie, he goes in search of his mother. But how will Regina act? Will she be happy that her son has accepted her and be forgiving herself, or will she harbor resentment for how she was treated? And not only that, but when Cora and Regina are reunited (watch a sneak peek), we have to wonder whether Cora will be happy to see Regina play “happy family” or whether she has something else in mind for her daughter.
