Revenge Preview: Teasing Tonight's Game-Changing Engagement Party Episode

Revenge Episode 15 (ABC)In the very last scene of last week’s Revenge we saw Emily in a panic as the infinity box with all of her secrets and plans had gone missing (read our recap).

If you’re anything like us, the events of last week only increased the anticipation that’s been slowly killing you all season as you waited for Daniel and Emily’s engagement party. We here at TVOvermind have been searching for any information we could get. We've given you some sneak peeks into the episode, a look at some photos and a trailer for the Fire and Ice ball. Fortunately, we were able to snag an invitation to a special press screening of the game-changing episode, entitled “Chaos”.

…and chaotic it was. While we can’t tell you much of what went down during the hour, we can spill that this episode is NOT TO BE MISSED. You should probably clear out your calendar now, take a nap and do whatever you have to do to be on your couch by 10:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday night. So many twists and turns take place during the episode that we find ourselves still processing what happened and what may transpire from the events. Here are five things you can expect from tonight’s episode of Revenge (MILD SPOILERS AHEAD):

Old faces will resurface: We don't want to spoil the fun, but we will tease you that a few familiar faces return in this episode (at or around the engagement party) to stir up a bit of trouble.

Sammy finds a new home: In ABC’s sneak peeks of the episode, you see that good ol’ boy Jack is headed to Haiti to partake in the mission he put aside when his father needed help with the bar. As he’s leaving the country, he needs someone to take care of dear old Sammy. Who better than Ms. Emily Throne, the real Amanda Clark and Sammy’s original owner? Here’s hoping Sammy doesn’t get caught up in any revenge games.

Grandpa Grayson pulls all the strings: It seems Grandpa Grayson always finds a way to get what he wants. He has a hand in every Grayson’s affairs, including whether or not Charlotte goes to see a therapist to help her with the bombshells dropped on her last week.

Jack will do anything to protect those he loves:
When speaking with Nick Wechsler, who plays Jack Porter on the show, he remarked that his character hasn’t had the best of luck thus far, but above all he cares about those he loves. “He’s going to have to commit himself to people that he loves, which is what that move at the end of this episode, for him, is.” So just what is that move? If you remember back to the pilot, Jack is seen finding the body and dragging it on the beach. Who is he protecting? And what exactly did he do to protect them? You’ll have to tune in tonight to find out!

Last but not least, the person who dies on the beach is …

Well OF COURSE WE CAN’T TELL YOU THAT! (we know, that was a little mean). All we can tell you is that “Chaos” is an epic episode (probably our favorite to date) and that you won’t be disappointed. We’ll finally learn who died on the beach and we’ll see a plethora of people who could be the possible murderer.  The stage is now set for the season’s final act.

So, readers, tell us, what do you want to happen at the Fire and Ice ball on tonight's Revenge? Who do you think dies (vote in our poll)? Who is the murderer? How will Emily’s plan be affected? Let us know in the comments below! Be sure to check back here after the east coast airing of the episode for more of our interviews with the cast.

I am so excited to see this episode. I love "Revenge".

I'm a bit nervous about who is killed. I loved Josh Bowman's Daniel and I think he truly loves Emily. He could be instrumental in healing her wounded soul if he sticks by her. I do not like Jack at all and would hate to see him end up with Emily. It has been said that the maximum shock would come from killing off Daniel but to me how could Emily hurt Conrad/Victoria more than losing Daniel would? The quest for revenge would effectively be over.

Who is killed, who does the killing and what happens afterward will be grist for several shows.

    Can't wait.

I think it's going to be Daniel & Tyler shot, but Tyler will be dead. I hope it is Daniel that dies though, as was planned. His character is too stupid for Amanda. This actor is just a pretty boy to most viewers, although his tiny mouth is rather unattractive. Daniel drags Emily down & she has to get rid of him, but her plans don't consist of people being killed as she would rather ruin them mentally or financially.

  3. ABBBBBB says:

I am going to be really upset if Daniel doesn't die. Clearly in the opening Victoria runs to the body saying get away from my son. If he doesn't die than the writers changed the plot. I am going to be disappointed and become less enthusiastic about watching the show.

TO BE FAIR, I DO NOT RECALL THEM SHOWING US THE FACE OF THE BODY, SO IT STILL COULD BE ANYONE. IT CLEARLY LOOKS LIKE DANIEL, BUT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN A RED HERRING ALL ALONG.
