Smallville returns with new episodes on April 15, and the show is working its way to the end of the series (which will take place during a two-hour finale on May 13). On the April 15 episode, Clark is forced to returned to the alternate universe we last saw in the episode "Luthor". After finding a mirror box in the Kent family barn, Clark Luthor sends Clark Kent to the alternate reality.
In the alternate reality, Clark finds a very different Jonathan Kent (John Schneider). TV Line says that this is a very different Jonathan Kent than we've seen before. That this Jonathan is broke and homeless, and doesn't have Martha.
In the normal universe, Clark Luthor plays Tess a little visit and gives her a choice: either she joins him or he'll kill her. Allesandro Juliani will be guest starring at Emil and Lois will ask for his help in getting Clark back from the alternate universe.

It would be sweet to see Superboy battle Earth-2 Clark while Emile fixes things, but I shouldn't get my hopes up.
The Clark and Lois scenes look sweet but I suspect that most of the episode will be about douchebag alternative Jonathan Kent and Clark Luthor and his incentuous relatonship with his 'sis' Tess, so color me turned off. I'll just watch the clois highlights on youtube. Less chance of projectile vomiting.
