If you're a Merlin fan then you've got to be excited about the upcoming episode entitled "Excalibur", which airs on 8/2 at 8/7c. Well today I have an extended trailer available for you as well as an episode summary. I don't really consider this info incredibly spoilery, but if you do, please read on (and watch) with caution. And if you've even been following Merlin a little, trust me when I tell you that this is the one episode that you want to make sure you don't miss.
A MYSTERIOUS BLACK KNIGHT ARRIVES IN CAMELOT TO REVEAL DEEP, DARK SECRETS FROM THE PAST—At Arthur’s (Bradley James) coming of age ceremony, the celebrations are interrupted when a mysterious Black Knight (Rick English) crashes the ceremony and challenges the knights of Camelot to single combat. One-by-one, each knight that he challenges dies in the fight. When one knight successfully strikes the Black Knight, Merlin’s (Colin Morgan) delight turns to shock when the Black Knight is unaffected by the blow. As the truth of the Black Knight’s immortal secret begins to surface, more secrets are uncovered that Uther (Anthony Head) would rather keep buried. Richard Wilson, Katie McGrath, and Angel Coulby also star.

Merlin is an old BBC (British Broadcasting Company) show, ended its 13 episode run (wrapped up season 1 = the only 1 made) in the UK December 2008.
Just because some US broadcasters picked it up for a 2009 re-run (1st run for US viewers, though), doesn't make it a new show.
Therefore mentioning the term "spoilers" for an old show like "Merlin 2008″ is not proper.
If any1 cares to watch Merlin, just rent it on Netflix, get it off satellite (BBC should still have re-runs), Tivo it or watch it online, there are plenty web sites (some free) which include Merlin in their lineups.
