The Official MGM website for the Stargate series have webisodes called SGU: Kino which features Eli mostly exploring the Destiny and interacting with the characters in between each weekly disaster. There are comical moments, character development moments, and WTF moments, but if you are a fan of SGU, then it wouldn't hurt to try them out.
There are twelve webisodes so far, but SciFi Scoop announced that there will be thirty episodes total. If you guys want me to recap those one to three minute webisodes along with the weekly recaps, please feel free to voice your opinions in the comment section below.
SciFi Scoop also reported that the first ten episodes of SGU will be released to DVD with a plethora of extras and the last ten will be released after the episodes air next year. I'm kind of a full set type of person, but I might make a exception for these babies.
What about you guys?

I'll wait and buy Season 1 when both parts (all 20 episodes) are available. Thanks for the heads-up though. Kino recaps would also be cool. Thanks.
