I thought next week's episode, on October 22, was going to be funny - taking shots at vampires who sparkle and whatnot. But the promo looks very serious. In case you're not already aware, Dean is going to turn into a vampire. And he's going to become a big threat to everyone, including Ben and Lisa. Will next week be the last we see of them if Dean decides that they're in too much danger if he's a part of their life? Also expect to see Mitch Pileggi again on October 22. Will he be able to help Dean? I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Below is a promo for the next new episode of Supernatural. You can also read our recap and review of the most recent episode (6.04 "Weekend at Bobby's") here, and take a look at the promo photos we previously posted for the October 22 episode.
After a group of young girls go missing, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) realize that a group of vampires have taken up residence in the small town. After a fight with two of the blood-suckers, Dean is bitten and turns into a vampire.
Samuel (guest star Mitch Pileggi) tells Dean he can change him back but he’d have to get the blood of the vampire who turned him. Dean infiltrates the nest and runs into the Alpha.

This looks friggen amazing! I really really hope this episode lives up to my expectations because I've been looking forward to it since I first read the episode title on SpoilerTV several weeks ago. My first thoughts were "Awesome! My favorite tv show is going to dis on twi-fags. Perfect! Should be funny." Then I got the spoiler plot synopsis (Dean is turned into a vampire) and thought "Amazing, not only do we get to pick on faggy vampires but we're delving into one of the oldest SN fanfiction story plots and we've seen some of the best and funniest things (for fans) when the writer's dig into our (fan's) realm for story ideas." Then I saw the first little snippet of the episode in the promo for 6.4-6.6 and was not disappointed that thought #1 (see first quote above) would indeed prove true in the episode with the line "These aren't vampires…*Dean looking outright disgusted* these are douchebags." (SN score: 9001 Twi-fags: -666 :P). Now I see this preview trailer and it really hits me the levity of this episode and what it entails. This is not going to be the "Let's be hilarious and dis on faggot vampires for the entire episode," I initially sort of thought. This is serious (see: serious business). Dean is a vampire, and on SPN this is far from being anything good or lighthearted. This would usually mean end of the road (as we saw with Gordon Walker previously). We could see some very emotional scenes (possibly the most emotional all season so far). Not to mention, we are back at Samuel knowing a little too much for anyone's comfort (Winchester bros and fans). I mean obviously there's got to be a cure found for Dean, he can't go checking out on us but will we see more brought to light on how the heck Samuel knows what he knows and his ultimate purpose (probably not in this episode but more hints to the deeper plot is always the joy and suspense of watching SN).
All in all I still cannot wait for next Friday's episode, for me Supernatural rarely fails and often rises above my expectations.
Just a side note though: Even though this is probably rather temporary, there is officially no hotter vampire to be found in fiction, thanks to Dean aka the super gorgeous and "adorable" Jensen Ackles. Suck that twi-fags. :P
OMYGOD KRIPKED!!!
This show is so awesome! :))))
