Supernatural Preview: You'll be 'Garthed' in Episode 7.18
The character of Garth (guest star DJ Qualls) was first introduced in an earlier episode of Supernatural where Becky married Sam (which, frankly, some fans would prefer to forget). But Qualls was both humorous and amusing and has earned a spot as a recurring guest star. He'll be returning in the upcoming March 30 episode, titled "Party on, Garth".
It looks like Garth will be salting and burning some bones in hopes of stopping a ghost's killing spree. But when the deaths continue, he'll quickly realize that he's not just chasing a ghost. So he calls in the Winchesters for some help, according to this clip. The boys soon realize that they're chasing a Shojo, a Japanese creature that can only be seen when you're drunk. How drunk? As drunk as "the CW standards and practices will allow us [to be]," producer Robert Singer explains.
We may have misjudged what would happen in the cursed ballet slippers episode (it turns out that Dean didn't don a tutu), but I don't think we'll be disappointed to see the boys drunk fighting a creature, especially when Dean is equipped with a wicked looking sword (swords are awesome!).
Check out a producer's preview below for the March 30 episode of Supernatural, airing at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on The CW. You can also watch a trailer and browse through photos for the episode.
After this episode, the show will go on hiatus for two weeks and return on April 20.

I'm so excited for this! The humor on the this show is unparalled by other non-comedy shows.
