Supernatural Preview: Benny Returns, But is He Keeping His Hands Clean?

Supernatural took a walk in the cartoon universe in this week's episode.  After Castiel declared that he wanted to be a hunter, he found the boys a case involving multiple deaths that strangely resembled cartoon deaths.  After some initial hilarity, Sam and Dean realized an old friend of their father - Fred Jones - who was a psychokinetic was inadvertently behind the wackiness in town.  Then it was a race to save him against a doctor who wanted to exploit his powers for his own monetary gain.  Read our full recap and review.

This week's Supernatural may have been a looney tuney, amusing adventure, but next week's episode will take a turn for the angst.  Sam turns his attention back to Benny and asks Martin (from the season 5 episode "Sam, Interrupted") to keep an eye on the vampire.  When Martin reports back that people have been dying in Benny's town and the vampire is his prime suspect, Dean defends his friend.  But Martin is determined to waste the vampire, prompting a showdown between the Winchester brothers and forcing Dean to make a decision about Benny.
