Supernatural 8.22 Teasers: Familiar Faces Return in the Penultimate Episode!

SUPERNATURALSupernatural fans, prepare for the return of some familiar faces, but you might have to dig far back into the show’s history to remember some of them!

We already knew that Taylor Cole would reprise her role as Sarah Blake (from the season 1 episode “Provenance”) in the penultimate episode of the season, which will be titled “Clip Show”.  But now we know the identity of the other two guest stars who will be appearing with her.

Before we get to that, here’s the official description from The CW: “Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) reunite with Castiel (Misha Collins). Digging through the Men of Letters’ files, they stumble upon an undiscovered film which could be the key to the third trial. Metatron (guest star Curtis Armstrong) enlists Cass to mull over problems at home. Meanwhile, Crowley (guest star Mark Sheppard) digs into Sam and Dean’s past. Thomas J. Wright directed the episode written by Andrew Dabb.”

Taylor is listed as an official guest star and so are Graham Wardle and Cindy Busby. Who are they? Graham played Tommy Collins, a young boy whose only appearance on the show was all the way back in episode 1.02 “Wendigo” when he went missing while camping with some friends.  His sister and brother joined the Winchesters to save him from the cannibalistic creature. Cindy, however, is a far more recent guest star. She appeared as Jenny Klein in the season 7 episode “Shut Up, Dr. Phil.”  She played the assistant and mistress to James Marsters’ character who was in for a surprise when she found tiny, bloody hearts in her cupcakes. Sarah Blake’s reappearance makes sense, because she and Sam had a bit of a connection, even if he wasn’t looking for a new relationship at that point.  But I’m most curious to see how Tommy and Jenny fit into the whole scenario.

This is very curious indeed, Supernatural fans. Will Crowley actually bring these people to face the Winchesters or will they appear in a hallucination or dream? Only time will tell!

Don’t miss this all new episode of Supernatural on May 8 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

Sarah and Tommy I get. Sam had a personal connection with Sarah. He saved Tommy and Dean from the Wendigo. I don’t get Jenny though. She didn’t really have a connection with either brother. Her part is a mystery to me.

Can’t wait to see how it all fits together with the guest stars returning. Supernatural has a tendency to recycle actors, so I’m glad to get confirmation that they are all returning as ‘themselves’ lol

I love Crowley, so I’m excited to see what he’s been up to–tho increased ruthlessness is a little scary for Sam, Dean and Kevin given what he’s been willing to do in the past!

Couldn’t care less about Casstiel and more angels.

I`ll have to see all the seasons to remember ………… That sh*t … ….

Crowley’s been so one-note this season. I sort of wish they’d put him back into a supporting villain/frenemy role, but I guess that’s too late now.
