In last week's Switched at Birth, Regina asked a gallery owner to take a look at Bay's art.  While Patrick did like her work, he thought Bay was too young to be a serious artist.  However, he loved a piece of Regina's and asked if he could feature it in his upcoming Regina.  Regina was very hesitant about allowing him to do it, because she doesn't really think she's an artist and also because Bay was upset about the situation.  But it looks like she will be allowing Patrick to use the pieces, since her art exhibit will be taking place in tonight's new episode of Switched at Birth.  Unfortunately, her big art debut doesn't go off without a hitch.  Emmett's parents attend and get into a big fight over how they're raising their son.

Daphne was upset with Simone last week after learning that she's kind of a bad girl.  Unfortunately, the Buckner basketball coach pitted the two of them against each other to compete for a starting position.  Daphne won and now Simone is giving her the cold shoulder.  Since she doesn't have Simone's support anymore, Daphne will be torn between her two schools.  Bay, who recently confessed her love to Emmett, is concerned about the way he's behaving since he moved in with his father.

Kathryn also discovers that the nurse who could support their case against the hospital is actually having financial problems.  When she makes a decision without consulting John, it could threaten their case.
