Switched at Birth Sneak Peeks: Shelley Long Guest Stars & Emmett Makes a Bad Decision
Poor Bay and Emmett. Their relationship on Switched at Birth has been very rocky lately, hasn't it? Emmett was upset when Bay told Melody about the way he's been acting while living with his father and last week Emmett got jealous when he found out that Bay is still communicating with Ty. Unfortunately, tonight's new episode won't exactly help matters.
In tonight's Switched at Birth, titled "Game On", Bay is put in a somewhat awkward position when Melody asks her to testify at a custody hearing for Emmett. Naturally, Emmett can't believe his mother asked his girlfriend to testify against his father, but Bay tries to explain the situation to him. Later, Emmett makes a really bad decision while dealing with his parents' drama that could seriously impact his relationship with Bay.
Meanwhile, Daphne is excited to play for Carlton in the basketball tournament and narrowly avoids getting disqualified from playing based on a technicality. Shelley Long will also be making a guest appearance as a New York book editor named Rya Bellows. She'll meet with Kathryn to discuss publishing her book, but she's worried about the competitive book. She proposed a solution: she wants Regina's perspective as well, which will make things very difficult for Kathryn. Finally, Regina is doubting her budding relationship with Patrick when he doesn't seem familiar with dating a single mother.
Watch three sneak peeks below for tonight's all new episode of Switched at Birth, airing at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC Family.
