I used to love 24.  I watched the first and second season religiously and used to tell everyone how awesome it was.  Somewhere along the way I started losing interest.  I know that I should love it, because Keifer is always so cool in it.  And one day I hope to get back into it.

After directing an astonishing 59 episodes as well as the two-hour 24: Redemption, Jon Cassar is stopping his own clock on 24.  The directed announced on his twitter today that he is leaving the show after seven seasons to pursue a career in feature films.

Battlestar Galactica's Katee Sackhoff has found herself a new steady gig, on FOX's 24!  The woman who regnederized Starbuck will be cast as a regular on the next season of 24, which is centered around a reconstituted CTU branch in New York city.  Details ahead.

Last week on 24: Your fearless recapper nearly DIED OF BOREDOM. Jack and Co. blew up the CIP device (which stopped a chemical plant in Ohio from exploding), but Dubaku escaped and kidnapped First Dude. Matobo, thankful that Jack and Co. saved his life, offered to get them into Madame President's inner circle. They accepted, but Tony stayed behind because he didn't want to be locked up in Gitmo (or whatever they're replacing it with) quite yet.

Last week on "24″: Colonel Dubaku was pissed that Madame President wouldn't withdraw American troops from Sangala. The First Dude was obsessed with finding out why his son's suicide was faked and caught wind of a mole in Madame President's administration.
