Heather Locklear's return to Melrose Place this week boosted ratings, but probably not as much as theCW had hoped. There's a one week hiatus for the show and then on the December 1st episode, two original MP alum come face-to-face again: Amanda and Dr. Mancini. As previously announced, theCW would be premiering the new series, Life UneXpected, on January 18th.  The network has now created a nearly 5 minute featurette that's primarily a sneak peek and contains scenes from the pilot episode, as well as introducing you to all of the characters.

As mentioned, I've watched the pilot episode and liked it, but Shiri Appleby doesn't look like she could be the mother of a 15 year old.  She looks like she's perpetually 25 years…

Did we all enjoy last night's episode of Modern Family with Elizabeth Banks and Edward Norton? I thought Banks was in fine form with her anti-Lily digs. The December 2nd episode of Glee revolves around the annual yearbook, but it fails to mention that the Glee club will be appearing in a commercial for a local mattress store, hence the name of the episode. FOX has released promo photos and a synopsis for the episode, which you can view below. Those pajamas look really comfy. I want a pair.

Unfortunately, there is no new Brothers & Sisters this Sunday (November 22nd), but we did post promo photos for the upcoming new episode on November 29th. ABC has also released promo photos and a synopsis for the December 6th episode which features a beach wedding and plenty of leis.

Oh my God, how much do I love Bones? Answer: A LOT. If you've been watching trailers for Avatar, you will have noticed Joel David Moore, who has played intern Colin Fisher on several episodes of Bones. Well, Moore is back and there's a big cross-promotion going on as Sweets and Fisher take turns camping out for tickets to the opening on Avatar. Bones AND Avatar in one episode? It's like Nutella and peanut butter together on toast (try it, it's yummy). It's also funny and awesome.
