LOL – now you know why I made that FAQ. I suspected Riley wasn't a local girl after that first conversation with Jesse, and her flip-out with her mom was the clincher – I kid you not, they lifted dialogue right out of T2 for that.

I still admit it was jarring seeing her in that flashback-forward.

I totally didn't see the Riley being from the future bit til the actual reveal when Jesse was talking to her- did anyone figure that out beforehand? I just sat there with the "Bzuh?" look I have had over much of the season on ALL my shows. I now have a flowsheet for who recaps what when, *and* one for my shows and its characters and WTF plot bunnies ;)

I really hope the one-two punch works, Terminator may be uneven in places *cough*Riley*cough* but it's a good show that asks good questions.

I KNOW – I still think my favorite is Sarah's absolute incompetence behind the wheel when she's stressed. I haven't 'capped an episode yet where I can mock it, but she manages to do it on a regular basis.

If they ever manage masks AND gloves, I might fall off my chair.

I like how your review points how utterly incompetent the Connor Team is at crime.

How about the wonderful moves in "Brothers of Nablus"? Like showing up on the fence's video surveillance system, you know, the fence who turns up dead later on, or visiting the family of the guy who turns up shot by Cameron an hour later?

Let alone Derek walking around L.A. with his "411 jacket" to cover his gun and his tattoos – every cop in town takes one look at him and says, "Ex-con! Armed robber! Stop and frisk!"

These idiots are leaving a trail the Hardy Boys could follow. A blind cop could follow these people.

Like Travolta said in "Swordfish", "I'm talking about realism. Realism. Not a pervasive element in modern American cinematic vision."

Josh will be up here in San Francisco in a couple weeks for WonderCon – and I'm going to be all over him about this stuff. Dude! Hire me as a script consultant before you get canceled!
