The Bachelor’s Juan Pablo Is Doing Local Commercials?

The Bachelor‘s  Juan Pablo is now an international star due to his appearance on the famed dating show, so it’s rather odd to see that his first big commercial gig is…selling appliances for a local store?

Rochester Appliance owner Dean Eaton managed to get Juan Pablo to shoot a series of commercials for his store. Needless to say, it seems a bit odd given  Juan Pablo’s incredibly high profile these days, and I have to wonder what the story is here. Are they friends? Is he just being a nice guy to someone that asked for his help? Either way, I think it’s a safe bet to say that he wasn’t doing it for the money.

You can watch the first spot above which has customers checking out Juan Pablo instead of the merchandise. I mean, to be fair, I would be too. Look at him! It’s like staring into the sun!

I’ve reached out to Dean Eaton to see if he can shed some light on how this came to pass.
