Was anyone actually surprised when Sean didn’t give Danielle a rose on this week’s The Bachelor? To very little fault of her own, it was probably the worst hometown in the history of the show. I mean we always want the jealous ex-boyfriends to show up, and it was really surreal to have him show up and call Sean an ‘actor’ as if the show wasn’t even real. What if he was an actor hired by the show to inject drama? Chew on that mental taffy for a few.
Now to Danielle’s defense, Sean was very ambivalent about his decision. What does it say about Sean that he would allow all of these outside factors to influence his feelings towards a person who has no real control over them? And yes, there is at least one remaining contender who is just way too young to be prepared for a serious relationship. I’m just putting that out there.
That brings us to these clips. Since Sean is doubting what he is thinking, why should we put any faith in his decision making? In the clips from next Monday’s The Bachelor, Sean Reveals a bit about the principles that are guiding his selection process as the contest winds to a close. Is Sean using his brain enough to end the season in a relationship that will last more than two months? We’ll find out.
