Photos: The Bad-Ass Boys of The CW Panel

The CW focused on their bad boys at today’s “The Bad-Ass Boys of The CW” panel. Kris Polaha (Ringer), Wilson Bethel (Hart of Dixie), Jared Padalecki (Supernatural), Ed Westwick (Gossip Girl), Joseph Morgan (The Vampire Diaries) and Shane West (Nikita) – wait a minute, how can you use the words “Bad-Ass” and not include Ian Somerhalder and Jensen Ackles? I’m just saying.

None-the-less, the line up certain contains a selection of The CW’s hottest male stars, as for what actually qualified them as “Bad Ass”, Supernatural’s Padalecki was quick with an explanation. “You’re all familiar with the standardized badass test?” Padalecki also went on to explain that his co-star, who some would say is Bad Assier (Badder Assed?), Jensen Ackles was not at the panel because he was “… working.”

Most reports coming out of the panel say it was light on actual insight, but very high on entertainment value. TheTVAddict has a fantastic blow by blow of the panel up that is very worthwhile pursuing. Among some of the funnier quotes:

‘For the moment he has tunnel vision and a one track mind to get his girl Blair Waldorf,’says Ed Westwick when asked if he misses playing up Chuck’s devious side. ‘So hopefully we do see his devious side, the devil within.’Interjects RINGER star Kristoffer Polaha, ‘Wait a second, you’re British?’
