A new episode of The Deep End will be airing on January 28 and we've got a promo below to share with you. Apparently nothing these kids learned in law school will prepare them for sexual shenanigans or getting busted for pot. Unlikely. Unless their law school was radically different from mine (hey, I'm not saying I did all that...but we've all been students, right?).

"Where There's Smoke" – Beth goes head to head with her lawyer father in court while Addy's new clients put the firm in jeopardy. Meanwhile Cliff reveals something to Susan which ends up sending Katie to the Montana offices indefinitely, on "The Deep End," THURSDAY, JANUARY 28 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"The Deep End" stars Matt Long as Dylan Hewitt, Billy Zane as Cliff Huddle, Clancy Brown as Hart Sterling, Norbert Leo Butz as Rowdy Kaiser, Leah Pipes as Beth Branford, Tina Majorino as Addy Fisher, Ben Lawson as Liam Priory, Nicole Ari Parker as Susan Oppenheim and Mehcad Brooks as Malcolm Bennet.
