The Good Wife Recap Special to Air September 4; First Look at Season 3
The Good Wife is moving to Sundays at 9:00 p.m. this fall and its third season will premiere on Sunday, September 25. But CBS is giving fans an opportunity to catch up on the first two seasons beforehand.
On Sunday, September 4, for 30 minutes beginning at 9:30 p.m. ET, CBS will be airing a special recap show of The Good Wife. Entitled The Good Wife: A New Beginning, the special will air scenes from seasons 1 and 2 and will contain interviews with various cast members, including Julianna Margulies, Christine Baranski, Josh Charles, Archie Panjabi, Matt Czuchry, Alan Cumming and Chris Noth, along with executive producers Robert King and Michelle King. The cast and producers will help recap key scenes and storylines.
The season premiere episode is called "The Next Day" and will, presumably, pick up the day after the season 2 finale. According to CBS "While the staff at Lockhart/Gardner adjust to new realities and relationships, Alicia must put aside distractions in her personal life to defend a Muslim student accused of murdering a Jewish classmate."
