Brad Pitt and Stephen Colbert Ponder Their Existence on The Late Show

While Stephen Colbert did his usual rant on politics and our President last night, it’s not his opening monologue that I wanted to bring to your attention.  Rather it’s a segment that’s increasing in popularity because well, it’s awesome.   Last night Brad Pitt became a part of it and joined a growing list of A-list celebrities who like to ponder life’s mysteries with Colbert.  When it’s done on a blanket looking at the stars it’s even better.

In The Late Show’s recurring segment “Big Questions with Even Bigger Stars,” Stephen Colbert and Brad Pitt laid in a grassy field and exchanged clever nicknames while asking each other profound questions about life. Colbert and Pitt questioned everything from what existed before our universe and if humans are basically good or evil. According the War Machine star, people are mostly good and kind of chewy. The pair didn’t have all the answers to their questions but at least they spotted a cloud shaped like Sean Spicer.
