Real Housewives of New Jersey - Meet Melissa Gorga and Kathy Wakile
The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 3 is almost less than a week away and the anticipation is growing faster than a Teresa Giudice outburst waiting to happen. While ex-NJ Housewife Danielle Staub is no longer a Lee Press-On sized thorn in the sides of the remaining three NJ Housewives, that doesn't mean this season will be a walk in the park in terms of high-class drama. The promos have given us glimpses of what's to come, namely the impending war between veteran New Jersey Housewife Teresa Giudice and her own family members, sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and first cousin Kathy Wakile. One could say by looking at the trailers that Teresa will probably wish she had Danielle to spar with this go round, because sibiling rivalry never looks good on television. Well... not for the siblings involved, mind you.
So who are the new ladies of Franklin Lakes who will probably be responsible for Teresa's possible spike in therapy bills? Well check out the clips below to find out:
First up, we meet Melissa Gorga as she gives us an intro into her life while also setting up the conflict to come between her, Teresa and the man who is the basis of their dislike with each other: Joe Gorga, Melissa's husband and Teresa's brother. Pay attention to how Teresa looks just like her eldest daughter Gia when she was young.
Is it just me or will Melissa win over the audience this year?
The other latest addition to The Real Housewives of New Jersey is Mrs. Kathy Wakile, who looks like she could be Teresa's sister because they look so much alike. After seeing Kathy's 'crib,' it seems like her family will bring a lot of the comedy (and possible ire) to the show this year. Kathy's husband Rich seems to not mind cameras being in the bedroom as he jokingly tries to get Kathy in the bed with him, while her son Joseph seems to have a weapons collection that would make even Jason Voorhees blush with pride. Kathy could easily become a favorite of mine this season, but looks can be deceiving... Let's hope for the best.

After watching the first two episodes of RHONJ, Melissa and Kathy really HAVE TO LEAVE the series. These two women are nothing but trouble makers. Their mission and goal is to keep things fueled and fired up. Melissa is a very unhappy, fake wanna be with a husband who has a HUGE SHORT MAN'S COMPLEX!!!
Kathy is Melissa's lap dog, who doesn't have her own opinion and clearly she doesn't know where or how to fit in. Her husband should be wearing a dress, and clearly loves to keep things stirred up.
They don't fit in at all with the rest of the cast. Maybe with the Jersey Shore cast they would do better and clearly they have their mentality.
There is also THE NUISANCE, KIM G. If having Kim G make appearances to add more fuel to the fire or to show how rediculous and embarrassing she is, I would say she has her 15 minutes of fame. I hope she watches the show just for her to see how really classless and trashy she is. Someone needs to help the BAT out and tell her.
If the Network was looking to add ratings or ruin the NJHW series, I would say you're looking to ruin. Why not throw the Hells Angels in the mix. I'd like to see Joe, Melissa, Kathy and her husband (if you can call him that) throw down with the Hells Angels. My money would be on the bikers. Any chance?
The network could have done better. The network has turned the series into an hour of Brawl Fest and two vindictive, jealous, loud mouths, attention seeker classless B's looking for 15 minutes of fame. All about the money. SHAME ON YOU!!!
Guess I'll just stick to watching Mob Wives; its funnier, cheesier, and make for a good hour of entertainment.
Melissa is the biggest selfish self centered Bitch. I can not believe she can think it's ok to put her hand in between brother and sister. She does nothing but instigate and inflate the situation between Teresa and her brother. FAMILY means everyone coming together and a decent person would never try to divide brother and sister the way she does. Teresa is not a mean person or bad person or any of the crap that Melissa spews out of her mouth about Teresa. It doensn't take much to see Teresa's persona. Melissa is the jealous one with her 5 foot three munchkin. The off with Teresa's head attitude is so ungly and kathy ought to be absolutly ashamed of herself. FAMILY doesn't mean anything to her and that bitch Melissa nd her ugly sisters should crawl back in the hole they crawled out of. Your husband allows some long faced witch like you to divide him and his sister? I hope he has an epiphany and sees that you are not his true friend and your ugly sisters have no right to make fun of Teresa in front of him. What's wrong with him? My brother would have slapped the shit out of you and your sisters the first time you me down.
Melissa gorga is the WORST. She is sooo stuck up and before the whole nose job and boob job she was hideous. She needs to stay out of her husbands and sister in laws relationship and shut the hell up. She needs to leave the show, shes very annoying. I think theres a reason why she was never on the show before.

I can't stand Kathy. She's boring and she tries to seem "relevant" by pushing herself into other peoples business. Her husband is annoying too. They make me not want to continue watching the show.
I "was" a dedicated viewer of NJ Housewives as I am of OC, NY and Beverly Hills. Unfortunately the Gorgas and Kathy ___may be the death of The Real Housewives of New Jersey unless the producers can win over The Jersey Shore viewership. After the first episode, I was uncertain if I would watch the next week. I did, and that was the nail in the coffin. The producers thought they could laugh all the way to the bank for throwing trash at us for trash's sack. I will miss Theresa and Jacqueline!

Wow! Like I have heard Teresa say " are you serious right now"! It's hard enough in families, these two siblings have only each other!! And their poor parents! Shame on Melissa I couldn't believe it when she said her job is to keep a clean house, clean kids, etc. And….. A whore in the bed!! Well she sure is holding up to that!!! Poor Teresa she's going though enough so much her brother talks about family!! Where is he now for his sister!!! Italians are very close!! Please fix it and set the example instead of your fifteen min. Of fame!! And Kathy's husband talk about wanting to be on tv!!! And for what to ask a million times to the brother " so have you talked to your sister"!! Wow!! Are they that boring that Teresa and Joes lives are your entertainment!!! Oh!! And Melissa's sisters!!! I disagree Kathy (the cook) is probably the best mom seems that way. Sheis a strong italian woman and she doesn't talk about other woman. I actually enjoy watching the show because of her. Teresa oh please an embarrassment to the culture. Yeah just ring up the credit and rob everyone!!! This country is in trouble becasue of people like her

I've stopped watching because of Melissa and Kathy – they DETRACT from the show. Melissa is a self-centered anorexic and Kathy is an unattractive busybody who resembles the popeyed Susan Sarandon. Please, get these two losers off of the show.
