The CW has ordered nine more scripts for The Vampire Diaries, six more for Melrose Place, and a complete season for their veteran soap, One Tree Hill. Michael Ausiello of EW.com broke the news of One Tree Hill's pickup, while TV Guide.com confirmed the additional script orders for Melrose and Diaries.
TV Guide also reported a midseason pickup for the reality show, Fly Girls, which will follow the lives of five flight attendants of the Virgin America airlines. It isn't clear on which show Fly Girls will replace though.
While these are not complete season orders for The Vampire Diaries and Melrose Place, the news still deserves a Happy Dance. Who's with me?
