That is cold, stupid, and unfair. I'm happy Vicki died. I hated her with Jeremy. Sick trashy unrealistic romance. I hated how they got together, with Tyler being demonized by the fandom when he was victimized and antagonized to death. Re-watch the episodes closely, Jeremy is the one who starts most of the violence. Jeremy is also a douchebag, worse than Tyler, because he acts like he is a good guy. The audience kept looking Tyler from Jeremy and Vicki's POV, because we are supposed to root for the cheating, teenage May-December couple. Not me. I personally did not feel the chemistry between Kayla and Steven. She had better chemistry with Michael, who played Tyler. It would have been more interesting seeing Vicki and Tyler redeem themselves, by working things out. Jeremy is a selfish creep. I hate how he acted like he owned Vicki and that she was obligated to be with him. Vicki being killed off, will lead to an interesting cause and effect. If you were Tyler, you would hate Jeremy too. I was rooting for Vicki to die, not Tyler. Tyleris not a douchebag. Jeremy was having an affair with his girlfriend, kept starting confrontations, andthen plays the innocent victim when Tyler beats him up. Tyler is partially aggressive because hehas werewolf genes, any guy would confront Jeremy for what he did to him. I hated Jeremy and Vicki.Illicit and inappropriate. Vicki was a pathetic two-timing slut. She cheats on her boyfriend with a younger guy and then whines about how Tyler doesn't respect her. Jeremy and Vicki, are obnoxious enough to rationalize their affair, and blame Tyler for all of the negativity. Tyler was not the bad guy, but victim, of the triangle. Also, the age difference in highschool, is gross. Senior girl with freshman kid, cheating,lying, blaming, and then being abusive. STEPHAN killed Vicki? I thought it was Elena- but now that you mention it, the stake *did* seem to come out of nowhere so it would make sense that it was Stephan's super-speed that managed that.

I wonder if Aunt Jenna is in on the Gilbert family secret ie that she knows about the vampires and stuff. I also wonder if there are some articles laced with vervaine lying around the Gilbert home…if the other Council members had it for their family members, the newly deceased Gilberts probably did as well. The fact that the Council didn't know about the rings shocked me- that right there was almost an *invitation* for Damon to go around slaying people during the day. Although I suppose then the Council would know that the vampires could go out in the sun…scratch that thought.

Next week- more drama!more angst!- I hope blonde chick is not going to get in the way of Stephan and Elena, giving Damon an in with her.
