The Vampire Diaries Spoilers: When Will Tyler Return? And What’s Next for Jeremy?

The Vampire Diaries (Bob Mahoney/The CW)As season 2 of The Vampire Diaries starts to kick it in high gear while approaching the finale, it seems like the cast will be reuniting in Mystic Falls. Tyler has been gone for several episodes now, while Jeremy was also sent off to Denver for his own protection, only to briefly appear at the end of the last episode.

Both men will be appearing in the upcoming April 19 episode of The Vampire Diaries, titled “Heart of Darkness”. Tyler finally returns to Mystic Falls, which thrills Caroline to no end, but Tyler soon starts to realize that Klaus has a serious crush on his girl and wonders whether Caroline reciprocates his feelings. Meanwhile, Jeremy will also be seen again when Elena and Damon head to Denver to make sure he’s safe. We’re not sure whether he’s found another town full of vampires, but Elena and Damon soon realize that Jeremy’s been hanging out with a bad crowd. Will he be able to pull his act together in time to help them use his special abilities to learn more about ancient vampire bloodlines?

Meanwhile, Matt will be spending his time distracting Rebekah by having her organize the upcoming 1920s Decade Dance (because The Vampire Diaries needs to have multiple dances every season).

Tune in to an all new episode of The Vampire Diaries on March 29 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on The CW. Make sure to browse and bookmark our new showpage, which has all of our coverage of the show in one convenient place.
