Overall it looks like a great set, with wide range of features to compliment the 22 episodes, though whilst I am happy to see that there is a commentary track from Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec is too greedy to ask for more? As a self confessed commentary junkie (yep I'm a giant nerd) it would be brilliant to have some tracks that feature some of the cast with the creative forces of the show and hopefully this is something that they will do in the future. I'm glad to see the inclusion of the gag reel once again as this is another DVD special feature that I am fond of, cue more flubbed lines, swearing, falling over, provocative bottle holding and gum disposal. There is a good collection of other behind the scenes sneaks here and it's good to see that there is one focusing on Nina Dobrev and her extended performance this season as both Elena and Katherine. Is there anything missing from the list above that you would like to see included on this season 2 DVD?
