The Vampire Diaries Soundtrack Out October 12th

As fans of The Vampire Diaries know, the series has one of the most kick ass soundtracks on television featuring tons of exclusive tracks from groups like Smashing Pumkins, Gorillaz, and more. EMI is celebrating the television return of The Vampire Diaries with the release of the official soundtrack next month. The track-list is as follows:

Headlining that track list is the single “Obsession” by 18 year-old Internet superstar Sky Ferreira, who is preparing to release her own solo CD in early 2011.
