A new episode of True Blood will be airing on July 3 and the action for the season really starts heating up in this episode. Eric has revealed to Sookie that he now owns her house, which doesn't make her happy at all. She goes to Bill for help and learns that he is now the Vampire King. Sookie learning this fact leads the audience to finding out exactly how and why Bill is the Vampire King and how Nan fits into the equation.
Eric, meanwhile, is sent to deliver a message to Marnie and her coven, warning them that they aren't exactly welcome in Bon Temps. But Eric learns the dangers of crossing a witch when Marnie defends herself and her actions have disastrous consequences for Eric.
Jessica continues to slip and satisfy her blood cravings, which I suspect will have a huge impact on her relationship with Hoyt if and when he finds out. Until then, Hoyt is getting into fights with the protestors outside of Fangtasia.
Sam becomes closer to his shapeshifter friends and we learn that one of them - Luna - has some very special powers. And Jason "gets his wounds licked".
