CBS announced today "Best Seat in the House," an online contest that invites fans to submit videos explaining why they are "TV's Number One Fan," for a chance to win the ultimate prize - an all-expense paid trip to attend the 61st PRIMETIME EMMY® AWARDS and be seated next to TV's biggest stars. Hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, the Emmys will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles Sunday, Sept. 20 (8:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Beginning today through Monday, Sept. 7 at 11:59 PM PT, fans can upload a 30-second video of themselves to CBS.com or TV.com, explaining why they are "TV's Number One Fan." The winner will be determined by a panel of judges from CBS.com, TV.com and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Fans must be 18 years or older to submit a video.
On Friday, Sept. 11, the Top 15 videos will be announced and posted on TV.com and CBS.com, with the ultimate winner unveiled online Friday, Sept. 18. The winner will attend the 61st PRIMETIME EMMY® AWARDS and will be seated next to some of the biggest stars in Hollywood.
