Last night, the American Music Awards (AMA) aired on ABC and it was a night of some big name acts performing on the stage. Michael Jackson came away with a lot of awards, including best male artist in the Pop-Rock and Soul/R&B categories.
Other AMA winners include reigning princess of music, Taylor Swift, who won Best Female Artist in Pop-Rock and Best Female Artist in Adult Contemporary. Jay-Z, Black Eyed Peas and Beyonce also won and Whitney Houston was given the International Award of Excellence.
