First Promo for FOX’s Reality Dating Show ‘I Want to Marry Harry’ Released

Move over The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, FOX’s new reality dating show I Want to Marry Harry is coming. Only on this dating show, the 12 contestants are in for a little bit of a surprise.

According to reports, I Want to Marry Harry will feature 12 female contestants from America. The ladies will fly to the English countryside under the premise they are going to meet and be courted by Britain’s bad-boy prince. Only there’s a catch – Harry is no royalty.

In place of the ACTUAL Prince Harry, the women will be unknowingly opening up their hearts to a regular Joe named Matthew Hicks, who has been given a royal makeover. Hicks isn’t in line for any crown, nor is he worth an extraordinary amount of money.

As you can see from the trailer, there will be plenty of tears and drama – standard for all reality TV dating shows. It’s actually quite interesting because these 12 ladies are allegedly looking for love (a golden ticket into royalty). FOX pulled out all the stops on this one with a castle, security guards and more for the faux prince.

Should be interesting!
