Poor Southland, that sux! Has NBC gone mad? And I don't mean "brilliant" mad :( I hope that the show Day One will get turned into a series again, I think it looks really great & compelling. And NBC's gonna need some programming somewhere… Leno can't do 24 hrs (thank god!)

John Wells, the former "ER" producer and executive producer of "Southland," said he'll try to sell it to another network. Quote: "I'm disappointed that NBC no longer has the time periods available to support the kind of critically acclaimed series that were for so many years a hallmark of their success," he said.

That’s because years ago the “critically acclaimed series” were critically acclaimed by viewers, not the Hollywad squat that hypes the trash of today. Too much of today’s media offerings are P O S.
