Although the full details are sketchy, news broke yesterday that Battlestar Galactica alum Jamie Bamber (Lee "Apollo" Adama) will guest star in the season two premiere of Joss Whedon's Dollhouse. According to Michael Ausiello Bamber will be involved in an engagement with Echo (Eliza Dushku) and handler Paul (Tahmoh Penikett). This will be the first time since the end of Battlestar Galactica that the two stars, Tahmoh Penikett and Jamie Bamber, have shared the small screen. Bamber has most recently been seen on Law and Order: UK, in a role that he may return to for a second season.
If you're wondering where you can find other Battlestar Galactica stars on television these days, don't forget that Katee Sackhoff has joined the cast of 24 for their upcoming eighth season. Katee Sackhoff will play Dana Walsh, a highly respected and down-to-earth data analyst at the new and improved New York branch of CTU. Her character will be in a relationship with fellow agent Davis Cole (played by Freddie Prinze. Jr.), and she apparently has a skeleton in her closet she’s trying desperately to keep hidden.
Dollhouse premieres its second season on Fox on September 25, and 24 returns in January 17, 2010.

Well, although I'm in the camp of hoping he keeps his shirt ON, I am excited to see him on something besides Law and Order UK.nbsp; I mean, come on, he's better than that.
