Meeting the Good Will Hunting-esque Cast of A&E’s Southie Rules

It seems to be a simple fact of life now that if you come from a place in America where you have an accent, you will be getting your own reality show at some point. It started with Jersey Shore and Laguna Beach, but now there are shows like Buckwild for the south, and now “Southie Rules” for the Boston area.

Southie is a new show from A&E about a family who owns a tattoo parlor in Boston. It’s not really Jersey Shore: Boston Edition, but it will have colorful characters, most of which you can meet in the gallery below. The show says that the family will do battle against “yuppies, sushi restaurants and $5 cups of coffee,” and “won’t let their traditions be thrown aside.” I’m not sure if this is going to involve them throwing bricks through Starbucks windows or what.

Many films have focused on the area, the most notable of which was Good Will Hunting, and the older brother/younger brother dynamic seems to come into play here with the two sons. Lets meet the entire cast starting below:
