S02-EP10-true-blood-7841182-624-352Jason’s in the woods now, in a sleeveless t-shirt (OMG!) and loading up guns and chainsaws.  It’s hot.  He sneaks into Merlotte’s and we see that the flunky hasn’t called Maryann yet about Sam.  Jason notices the bar orgy and then shouts that the party is over.  When he revs up his chainsaw everyone just starts laughing.  He eventually holds a giant nail gun to Arlene’s head and that seems to get Terry’s attention.  Terry orders everyone to leave Jason alone in the bar.

Bill’s puking out the window as Sookie drives through the town.  Sookie wants to call Eric, but Bill won’t have none of that.  Sookie tells Bill that Maryann was the one who attacked her in the woods and Bill suggests they see if Tara can help them.

Inside Merlotte’s Jason is trying to convince Sam and Andy to exit the freezer.  He convinces them he’s not crazy.  The mob soon crashes the party and re-enters the bar, this time carrying guns.  Terry tells Sam there’s no escape.  Sam tells the others to save themselves and then offers himself to the crowd.

Tara’s chanting some foreign language at Lafayette’s house.  Lafayette admits that he and Lettie Mae suck at interventions as a client knocks on the door, looking for some V.  Bill arrives and scares the lady off (but not before Lafayette tells him that Eric has him dealing V).  Sookie goes inside the house and sees Tara and her crazy eyes.  She tries to read Tara’s mind, only to find out that it’s completely black.  Bill tells her to go deeper.  Bill offers to glamour Tara in order to allow Sookie deeper access to her mind.

    Thanks Clarissa, great recap!

I didn't know Evan Rachel Wood was going to play the Queen. She is the star of one of my fave movies ever- Thirteen.

Dayum, Jason looks better and better each episode, doesn't he? When he got up on that truck, shirtless and with pants showing what a friend calls "his f**k muscles" I thought I would swoon;)

(Off topic but, I saw an episode of Summerland on the weekend- I had no idea that Jason was really Australian- I have never heard him lose his bayou accent…)

So, any ideas as to what Sookie is?

I love that you read and comment on my recap every week! Yes, Jason is HOT. It's nearly impossible to describe how hot he was in this episode. The whole episode felt kind of filler, but I loved his scenes. He can nail gun me anytime!

No ideas about Sookie. Despite the fact that I constantly read spoilers, I haven't read any for True Blood this year. I'm as in the dark as you!
