Announcing the First Annual TVOvermind Awards

After years of you guys faithfully reading our opinions, we here at TVOvermind thought it would be great if we could see what you guys were thinking every once in a while! We figured once a year was often enough (only joking, of course! We love reading the discussions that begin in the comments of our articles), so we've decided to launch the First Annual TVOvermind Awards.

Sounds official enough, doesn't it?

We're calling them the TVO Awards for short, because that's as close as we could get to the catchiness of "Emmy," "Grammy," or "Oscar." Got a better suggestion? Let us know in the comments section below!

Now, I've posted the lowdown, schedule, and nominees over at the the newly-created page for the awards show. Be sure to go check that out, as it has all the information you'll need to get you voting and ready to go!

The first polls of the day will launch in just a few hours, so keep your eyes peeled for those! (Cable fans and braniacs -- you're up first!) Spread the word about these awards and help win your preferred show the bragging rights of being big winners at the First Annual TVOvermind Awards!
