Will Charlie Sheen Be Killed Off Two and a Half Men?

One big question that's been swirling around ever since Ashton Kutcher was hired as the new star of Two and a Half Men is exactly how Charlie Sheen will transition off. Obviously Sheen won't be coming in for a guest role to wrap up the role of Charlie Harper, so how exactly will the show accomplish getting rid of him? One theory is that they'll kill him off.

That's not what's going to happen, Bang Hollywood is reporting. Though that was a popular theory, it seems that Sheen's character is simply moving to Paris. It seems to fit; in Sheen's final scenes as Harper, he leaves for the airport with his stalker Rose, to whom he intends to propose. That might just be the last we see of him on Men, ever. The next season of the series will simply mention that Charlie and Rose decided to stay in Paris, leaving the house to Alan and Jake... though we know that they won't be alone in that house for very long.

Sheen was fired from the show after feuding with executive producer Chuck Lorre. Kutcher was hired in March to replace him, and will portray an unknown role. Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones will retain their roles as Alan and Jake, respectively.

Two and a Half Men is expected to return in the fall.

Without Charlie Harper don't care about this sitcom anymore, no offense to the other actors (and yeah their characters were good however it is not enough..) but this character was the heart of this show..so bye bye Two and a Half Men.

What's the point in even attempting to make another series without Charlie?

Surely the makers know the show will flop, hence the reason Ashton Whoever has only has a contract for a single season……

It'll be like making Frasier without Kelsey Grammer…….

You can't replace the main character with someone else….

Without Sheen, You won't have a good show..

Goodbye Two and a half men.

I'll give the new version a few weeks before they realise how stupid it was to even entertain the notion of running it without the star!

I know Charlie is a douche, but I have to agree that I don't think it will be any good w/o him cuz he is the star of the show.  I also think that 2 1/2 men was so funny because Charlie for the most part, played himself!!  :)  And really, nobody can deny that real life stuff is the most hilarious material no matter how moronic it is.  I watch the reruns all the time & find myself howling with laughter @ that idiotic Charlie trying to pull a fast 1 on brother Alan, Berta, mother Evelyn & simple minded Jake.  I literally LMAO!  :)

Loved the show before, will watch it even more now that Charlie is gone.  A train wreck doesnt make the show great.  Great entertainment watching Sheen slowly wither away…

  8. That is a very useful info. I once blogged a similar article.
