Scrubs returned at the beginning of December with a new cast, but it looks like ABC won’t be spreading out the episodes in 2010. The network had only ordered 13 episodes for the ninth seasons of Scrubs and it looks like two episodes will be airing per night starting January 5th.
The same goes for Better Off Ted, which also had a 13 episode order and will also be airing two episodes per night beginning January 5th.
At this rate, both shows are set to end their current seasons in January. According to the Futon Critic, here’s what we can expect for the schedule of the remaining episodes:
