American Idol Season 9 Auditions Begin in Boston

ai-logoGosh, it seems like the scandal and mayhem surrounding American Idol just ended, and now we get to prepare for it all over again. Fox announced today that American Idol season nine auditions will begin on Sunday, June 14 in Boston at the Gillette Stadium. Details for the Boston auditions are listed at the bottom of the page.

In addition to Boston, auditions will take place in Atlanta on June 18th at the Georgia Dome, in Los Angeles on June 30th at the Rose Bowl, in Orlando at the Amway Arena on July 9th, and in Denver on July 14 at Invesco Field. Auditions have also been announced for Dallas, TX, and for Chicago, IL, though no location or dates have been announced yet.

HOW: Wristbands will be distributed from 7:00 AM on Friday, June 12 until 8:00 AM on Sunday, June 14. Auditioners will not be permitted to camp out. Once auditioners obtain their wristbands, they will be asked to return to Gillette Stadium by 5:00 AM on Sunday, June 14.
