Tonight on Body of Proof, things get serious as the team investigates the crash of a plane in Pennsylvania. While circumstances surrounding the crash are sketchy it is believed that there may have been a gunman on board that opened fire, causing the plane to plummet. To make matters worse, the plane takes out the city’s main power grid and Megan has to conduct her work throughout the resulting blackouts. Unbeknown to the rest of the team Tommy and Riley are also involved in a car accident on their way to the crash site. With all these events unfolding within the one episode we can expect to be in for a bumpy road tonight.

Last episode ended on a somewhat sad note with Megan suggesting to Tommy that they leave their romantic past, in the past.  In the sneak peek above we can see that Megan’s following through with that intention by going out on a date with Luke Perry’s Dr Charlie Stafford. Charlie grills Megan about her past with Tommy, which she categorically states is over. However, there is definitely a sense of the lady protesting too much.

The second sneak peek almost mirrors the first with Riley posing similar relationship questions to Tommy as they drive toward the crash site, but they are interrupted when they suddenly come across pieces of the fuselage spread across the road. In spite of the distraction to the conversation, Riley seems more than a little irritated when Tommy (after not being able to contact Adam) voice dials Megan. Obviously her name is well established by his phone’s voice recognition system. Let’s hope she gets the message he’s leaving her when in attempting to avoid a victim of the plane crash, his car veers of the road.

The third Body of Proof sneak peek shows Kate back at the ME office dealing with intermittent blackouts as well as negotiating with the press, victims of the crash and their relatives. No enviable task when she is dealing with a fresh elevator load of grief stricken relatives arriving in the lobby.

Be sure to tune in to Body of Proof tonight Tuesday May 7th at 10/11c on ABC for what is sure to be an action packed intense episode.
