Danielle Bregoli Threatening To Sue Walmart Over ‘Cash Me Outside How Bout Dah’ Merchandise

So yeah, this is the world we live in.  What was once a funny catch phrase we all used to make fun of this girl has eventually turned into a phenomenon not to mention something that’s making said girl we were supposed to be making fun of, rich.  All of us know Danielle Bregoli as the snotty, bratty teenager who appeared on Dr. Phil and threatened to fight him on the show.  Her phrase “Cash me Ousside, How bout dah?” quickly became an internet sensation.   While it was at first funny, it’s led to Danielle Bregoli becoming not only Instagram and Twitter famous but she’s now earning a lot of money.

A lot as in being paid up to $50,000 for personal appearances and now she’s in talks to have her own reality show.  Looks like the joke’s on us.  The most recently absurdity?  Walmart has tried to take advantage of the Bregoli moniker by selling “Cash me Outside, How ’bout Dah?” merchandise but Bregoli isn’t having it.

Walmart offers 16 articles of clothing including t-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops with Danielle’s catchphrase “Cash Me Outside How Bout Dah” printed on them.  Bregoli said Walmart must remove the shirts from its online store in the next 5 days or face a lawsuit. TMZ reports: “A Walmart rep says they haven’t seen Danielle’s letter yet, but it takes her claim seriously and will investigate.” Did the 14-year-old even trademark this “intellectual property?” There are three individuals who have applied for a trademark for variations of her “cash-phrase,” but none of them are Bregoli.

Like I said before, this is the world we live in.
