NBC Cuts Persons Unknown By 1; Airs Online

The troubled freshman series has already gone through the wringer this season, but now NBC is shaking things up again. Following the episode on August 21st (“Identity”), the following episode (“Seven Sacrifices”) will make its debut appearance exclusively online. The show then returns August 28th with its final 2 episodes on NBC.

Any fans hoping for more Persons Unknown beyond its 1st season are sure to be disappointed. The mystery drama has suffered from poor viewing figures and even poorer reviews since it first started airing, only to be eventually dumped to Saturday nights and preempted on August 14.
