SAG Awards 2015: Orange Is the New Black Wins Big, Kevin Spacey and Viola Davis Winners As Well

Orange Is the New Black

Last night, the 2015 SAG Awards, which aired on both TBS and TNT, honored a lot of newer series. Shows like Orange Is the New Black, House of Cards, and How to Get Away With Murder beat out longer-running series like Modern Family, Homeland, and Game of Thrones for many of the night’s top acting prizes, and somewhat shockingly, Matthew McConaughey, who many (including myself) had originally predicted would sweep any and all acting categories with his performance in HBO’s True Detective, came up empty again last night.
