Summer Glau Cast in “The Cape” for NBC

Fanboys and girls rejoice! Sci-fi favorite, Summer Glau (Firefly, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles), has been cast in the NBC pilot The Cape. She will be playing a blogger named Orwell who investigates criminals and dirty cops.

The Cape centers around a former cop who is framed for a crime he didn’t commit. Assuming the identity of a masked crusader, the cop sets out to prove his innocence.
