Trailer For South Park: The Fractured But Whole Makes Fun of Bad Comic Book Movies

I’m still waiting for there to be another South Park movie but unfortunately I don’t think that Trey Parker or Matt Stone have any intentions of doing one anytime soon.  However, there is a South Park piece of media other than that show that all of us can look forward to.   A new video game is expected to be released in October 2017 and a new trailer just dropped at E3 2017.  In the new trailer for South Park: The Fractured But Whole your favorite 4th graders from a sleepy town in Colorado become superheroes and in the process make fun of some comic book movies.

The game parodies X-Men as Timmy becomes a South Park version of Charles Xavier. Timmy even says something other than “TIMMY” Well, sorta. He telepathically contacts Cartman and tells him that their franchise is failing. A subtle jab at X-Men.

I’m just grateful there’s a trailer like this to entertain me if only for a minute or two of the day.  Check it out below:
