What’s to Love About a Full Metal Cruise?

There’s plenty to love about a Full Metal Cruise: all the friendly amenities expected on traditional cruises with added perks with intense metal fans in mind. Booking now with TUI Cruises, Fuller Metal Cruise VII sets sail on September 2, 2018 from the port of Bremerhaven, Germany. It’s a voyage which lasts for five nights and days, with ports of call in; Newcastle Upon Tyne, England and Invergordon, Scotland with a chance to see Nessie, the legendary Loch Ness monster before heading home to Bremerhaven.

Aboard the luxury 262-meter-long cruise liner Mein Schiff 2, metalheads will be treated to bands performing on three different stages. The open-air stage is located on the Pool Deck, and there are two more stages below decks in the Casino and the Theater.

After 6pm, a wide selection of alcoholic beverages is available too.

While the bars, pool decks and restaurants offer plenty of chances to relax, there’s also a whirlpool on board. Guests are welcome to lounge in the sun or join any of the activities. Three lounges and eight bars offer plenty of choices. Six restaurants and two bistros offer table or buffet service. There is a 24-hour grill open for night owls. It the Cliff 24, and it’s the perfect place to find a burger, sandwich, or German curried sausages. The Anckelmannsplatz buffet offers hot meals nightly and is also open for breakfast through the midday hours.

If the busy mosh pits aren’t enough exercise, then heading to the fitness studio is a way to get a sports fix. Guests may also relax in the sauna and spa located in the wellness area. There’s a shopping arcade, a hairdresser, library, hospital, and 24-hour reception available.

The band lineup for Full Metal Cruise VII includes: Rose Tattoo, Orden Ogan, Prong, Norcturnal Rites, Torfrock, Brian Downey’s Alive and Dangerous, Big Country, Dagoba, Bolent Ceylan, Jesper Binzer, Eric Fish, Vagabundos de Lumo, Crisix, and Mambo Kurt.
