Here’s the Teaser Trailer of The Incredibles 2

Finally, Disney Pixar has released the first teaser trailer of the much-awaited The Incredibles 2. In the clip, we see Jack-Jack using his baby blues to laser-etch the movie’s logo. The green beamed stare thrills dad Bob (voiced by Craig T. Nelson).

Everyone’s favorite family of superheroes is back in The Incredibles 2 – but this time Helen (voiced by Holly Hunter) is in the spotlight, leaving Bob (voiced by Nelson) at home with Violet (voiced by Sarah Vowell) and Dash (voiced by Huck Milner) to navigate a day-to day heroics of “normal” life. It’s a tough transistion for everyone, made tougher by the fact that the family is still unaware of baby Jack-Jack’s emerging superpowers. When a new villain hatches a brilliant and dangerous plot, the family and Frozone (voiced by Samuel L. Jackson) must find a way to work together again—which is easier said than done, even when they’re all Incredible.

It’s been thirteen years since the Parr family fought off Syndrome and his robots to save the city of Metroville in the animated hit from director Brad Bird, and it wasn’t always certain if a sequel would get the official green light. It was officially confirmed by Bob Iger in March 2014 during a Disney shareholders meeting that a sequel is now in the works. The main cast members from the first film (except Spencer Fox) are returning for the sequel. Bob Odenkirk and Catherine Keener have joined the cast in undisclosed roles. Bird and John Ratzenberger will also reprise their roles of Edna Mode and The Underminer, respectively.

Regarding Elastigirl as the main focus of the film, Bird teased at the D23 expo earlier this year that she will find herself at “the forefront of the action, while Bob has to stay home facing his biggest challenge yet.”

The Incredibles 2 is scheduled to hit the cinemas on June 15, 2018. Here is the official teaser trailer:
